We are fiercely protective of your schedule. For most digital grants, your total time commitment is just 2 to 3 hours over the entire project, expanding only if you choose to co-create multimedia assets like a podcast.

The Strategy Kickoff
Joined by Agency Director Randy Cronk to ensure high-level strategic alignment, your dedicated digital strategist will conduct an initial, guided conversation to capture your "lived experience," organizational goals, and unique brand voice. If your deliverables includes an audio interview or an in-depth executive profile, we will schedule one additional recording session entirely at your convenience.
The Development Phase (Behind the Scenes)
While you get back to running your mission, our team goes to work. Under veteran agency direction, our scholars utilize advanced AI tools to draft your assets, performing rigorous "Human-in-the-Loop" audits to ensure factual accuracy, ethical compliance, and tonal perfection.
The Handover
At the conclusion of the project, we formally present the finalized, turnkey digital portfolio to you. It is fully audited, formatted, and ready for immediate deployment.
