Our Fellows act as your dedicated digital editors. Depending on your organization's specific goals, your Fellow will generate, audit, and deliver a tailored stack of assets from the following core services:

How It Works (The 3-Step Process)
We are highly respectful of your time. For most projects, your base commitment is just 2 to 3 hours over the entire semester, expanding only if you choose to co-create multimedia assets like a podcast.
The Discovery Interview(s)
Your assigned Fellow will conduct an initial recorded conversation to extract your "lived experience," organizational goals, and unique brand voice. If your custom asset stack includes a podcast or an in-depth executive profile, we will schedule an additional recording session at your convenience.
The Development Phase (Behind the Scenes)
While you get back to running your organization, your Fellow goes to work. They utilize advanced AI tools to draft your assets, performing rigorous "Human-in-the-Loop" audits to ensure factual accuracy, ethical compliance, and tonal perfection.
The Handover
At the end of the semester, your Fellow will formally present the finalized digital portfolio to you for immediate deployment.
